Jio Haptik Technologies Limited (Haptik), a Conversational Commerce company, has announced its vision for using Generative AI to build human-like bots for enterprises. The announcement comes as the company launches four beta features that are going to be powered by the latest Generative AI technology. With this, Haptik claims to have become the first company in the industry capable of increasing revenue through human-like shopping experiences by combining the capabilities of its beta features along with Generative AI.
